"I was very disappointed to book and prepay a king room and end up with two queens. I dislike the two queens rooms- very little space outside of the beds, bad angles all around to the TV etc. I was told it was because they were “so busy”. Well, I rebooked and paid for my room choice so busy should not have mattered. Nearly $400 a night is a lot for a room type I dislike. Next, I called room service for over an hour with no answer. You can no longer order from the TV so it just was not available. A First World Problem for sure but if you are going to say it’s available make it available. The theatre is great, saw ZZ Top. Steakhouse and spa from my previous visits excellent. Staff is normally good too. Going forward I may just avoid weekends and shownights for the hotel. The registration line was literally a city block long at the desk- like they did not have staff capacity for all the people. It made Vegas lines look small. I checked my bag with the bell desk and checked in later in the evening after the show- maybe that lead to the room issue but you get charged for a night regardless and there is no “check in by” time stated so my room should not have been given away. I got a couple of rooms for Christmas Eve/day hopefully that goes smoothly. "

"We were so pleased with the service, the wonderful staff and all of the improvements at the hotel. The management went above and beyond assisting us with medicine storage. Our room was fabulous and breakfast was lovely. You have done a fabulous upgrading your whole facility. We will return on our next trip through."

"Room was clean, pool area is great for kids and adults. If you don’t want the noise of the pool area they have many rooms that are quieter "

"Clean room and lobby area was decent! People getting in a huge fight screaming at each other up and down the hallway in the middle of the wasn't fun, and continental breakfast was less to be desired!. Waffles, bagles and toast was it. All in all it worked out for our needs."

"Clean, modern, comfortable rooms with a nice breakfast. We enjoyed our one night stay. My only complaint is the walls are a little thin."
