I stayed here bc I was in town to see Gaga across the street at msg. The bed and pillows were comfy. Lotte New York Palace
This is a comfortable and accommodating luxurious hotel ideally situated for us across the street from St. Patrick Cathedral and within walking distance of great restaurants and Broadway shows. We will return here on our next visit to NYC.
