"External noise was very bad. We could hear people in the hallway talking. Noise from outside was very noticeable. Woke up every morning because of cars honking. Sink in bathroom was cracked. Room was the size of a cruise ship room. My reservation was suppose to be 2 queen beds and they were doubles."
