"When we arrived the room assigned us was not cleaned at all from the previous guests. After being transferred to another room, the air conditioning was broken and the rooms were extremely hot. The window was broken and no one came up to fix the issues after being asked numerous times at the front desk. Horrible stay "

"Close enough to walk to everything without being right in the middle of the crowds. Fairly quiet street compared to the area. "

"Room is very dated! The whole room (not just bathroom) is filled with steam after a shower. Free all day breakfast is a plus but I wouldn't stay here again. "

"The lady at the reception carried a big smile and was very helpful. It is so closed to penn station and is walking distance to everywhere. Room is very modern design, however it is a bit small for the price. However understand it is NYC. "

"Disregard any of the elevator comments. They are working and efficient. The property provided 2 bottles of water per day and you get those at the gift shop but your $35 per day credit doesn’t apply to the shop only the restaurants in the hotel. Property was very centrally located, and staff was very helpful. Rooms were good but beds are standard size so not much room if you were traveling with a family. This was a good option for our family of 4. I would choose this again."
