Friendly and helpful staff, clean/quiet/comfortable rooms, comfy bed, great location with easy access to city attractions and the subway stops. Great perk to offer all minibar items complimentary! Love the 24 hr tea and coffee service in the lobby. Wonderful property and can’t wait to stay again!

By far one of the best nyc hotels I’ve stayed in. I travel to nyc for work regularly. This hotel was super affordable, perfectly located and the staff were so kind. Also, even details like all the snacks and drinks in mini fridge were included.

The fridge in the room with complimentary snacks is perfect. No coffee maker in the room but they have tea and coffee in the lobby 24 hrs, perfect. The staff are super friendly. Love that this is a boutique hotel.
