Hyatt Regency Times Square
You cannot beat the location of this hotel and the staff are very nice. The elevators often didn't work or the wait was very long. There is also a long line in the breakfast line each day, and there is no separation for those just getting coffee.

Clean room, very kind staff, but the rooms are extremely small and outdated. Minimal outlets, no fridge to keep drinks or snacks in.
