The room was very very dirty. There’s dust and trash everywhere. Just beware it’s dirty. Found a bandaid stuck on the wall on top of the headboard and many other just unsanitary things around the room. Wish I could get a refund. Staff is okay but dont stay here.

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
Hotel was very busy but it was expected since it was New years weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy. Times Square, broadway shows, Central Park and Rockefeller Center all within walking distance.

Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel
No ice bucket but had ice machines. No mini fridge. No complimentary coffee. No washcloths. No luggage rack. No glasses, plastic or otherwise. No coffee maker. Basic room with tv.

Stayed here for a quick 3 day weekend in NYC and enjoyed my stay. They allowed us to check our bags in early so that we start our activities immediately.
