Staff was very friendly. Hotel is smaller than average but good for the area in NYC. Room had some wear and tear. Under the beds need dusting. Room floors might need a deep clear or resurface. The Park Ave North
Very convenient. I arrived late and left early, so I didn't see any staff, but the room was clean and in good shape and the instructions were clear. There was a little noise from the nearby subway, but it wasn't a problem.
