Hyatt Grand Central New York
Very comfortable stay, loved how close we were to everything. Only downside there were no microwaves to warm up any left overs or a laundry area especially if your staying for more than a couple days. Other than that loved it!

Staff are nice. The room is decent and clean. Great location. The only downfall, elevator can be kind of slow, which is why I asked for lower floor and so you can go use the stairs instead (which is also a good way to slip a workout in)

The door man Bobby was amazing, the receptionist was amazing. Very accommodating! Hotel was clean and in the best location steps from the heart of timesquare! 10/10 will be coming back!
