"I had clean my own room… I saw the cleaning ladies when I left on Wednesday June 3rd. I returned they were still on my hallway. When I returned around 10 pm, my room was still dirty. I had to go to front desk to get more towels and garbage bags to clean my room. The front desk worker stated that they don’t like to clean unless you’re leaving. I asked at check In about towelsAnd cleaning and the front desk staff on June 2nd told me that they will have cleaning services available daily. This was my first time Selecting Hampton hotel! I don’t think I will select that hotel/ property when I return to Waldorf, Maryland. I will try another property when I return in August."

"Everything was great except for the handicap shower. The handheld wouldn’t stay up and almost hit me in the head. The shower seat and floor in the shower were extremely slippery and I was very uncomfortable trying to shower independently."

"In my 58 years on Earth, at least 20 of those staying in lodging facilities around the world in countries as poor as Cambodia, I have NEVER experienced such awful treatment! I have since filed a small claims case against this facility. The actions/temperament of front desk clerk, Ricarda, were so egregious, the police had to get involved. Before my personal interaction, I witnessed 2 other guest incidents with her. She was so combative/antagonizing, 1 of the guests actually cursed her out, threatening violence in the presence of the police officer. This nightmare is underscored by the fact that I retired from the hotel/hospitality industry, which means I've seen a lot. This place should be closed down. At the minimum this woman, Ricarda, should be fired! Issue: she refused my service dogs and then, when I informed her that ADA Federal Law prevents this action, she made me wait almost 4 hrs for a room that was "pet friendly" despite me attesting that my 2 dogs were not "pets", but registered service animals. She actually, verbally stated that she didn't care. In a separate but related incident, the same employee charged me $10/ towel, claiming they was soiled beyond what she deemed acceptable. I had to lay them down on a sopping wet floor (trip hazard) from where they'd mopped just before I entered the room. She then harassed me by repeatedly knocking on my door, insisting I take the towels. I didn't answer, concerned about escalation. I'll win this case, but "buyer beware"!"

"I had a relaxing weekend at the hotel.It was clean n the bed was comfortable.The breakfast was tasty.The staff was nice n helpful.The only problem I had there were some people on my floor being loud . Overall I had a nice time."

"The hotel was ok and in a good location. My major problem is being nickel and dimes for features that are free even in most economy hotels. They advertise breakfast is every morning from 8:30 - 10:30 AM but neglect to inform you of the hyper inflated cost. As an example; a cup of coffee that the front desk clerk pumped from a storage container was $4.50. Breakfast food was equally overpriced."
