The concierge was warm and accommodating, my room was clean, inviting, and full of artistic charm, and the bartenders and servers were wonderful. The food and drinks were also delicious, making my stay all the more enjoyable."

"Terrible place, total dump - dirty, stained walls, smelly carpeting. Even though it says "non-smoking", our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Not good at all."
