The Executive Inn
The room hadn't been properly serviced. There was an open carton of milk left in the fridge and the floor was not vacuumed properly and there were no facewashers. We found a lovely staff lady named Liz who supplied a sealed carton of milk and facewasher with a sincere apology.

We've booked in with Jesmond Executive Villas 3-4 times in the passed 2 years. We were moved to the Azzurro apartments for the first 3 times so I can't comment on the villas as we haven't actually used them.
