"Stayed at the village for a night to attend a wedding reception. Staff were friendly on arrival. Room was small but had just what we needed. Bed was very comfortable and the air con worked well in the room we slept well. We did use any of the facilities gym/pool. However break fast was good.would recommend if you need to stay over in Bristol. "

"We stayed here for a night for our anniversary. The pool and gym were great and one of the reasons we booked. The room was nice and modern with plenty of space. It wasn't that clear on the website menu whether there were gluten free options at breakfast, so we were delighted when the options were so good. We had a full fry up (minus black pudding which I don't like anyway) and even had gluten free croissants which was a real treat. The server told us that the afternoon tea was available gluten free also, so we may have to come back for that!"

"Nice clean hotel that included free cooked breakfast. Comfortable and clean bedroom Location was perfect with off site parking and the train station both a minutes walk away. Close to Newport market with its incredible food court and close to music venue Le Pub which was reason for our stay "

"The staff are always helpful and welcoming. The rooms are always clean. We are never locked out of the building or room. Food at Sawyers is amazing and waiters are polite and helpful. "
