Was traveling with a young child and a friend. The loft room was great to be able to separate child, have plenty of room to spread out and play card games, and have modern conveniences such as a minifridge & microwave. The fireplace was a nice touch. View was amazing, access to the beach was great, parking was ample. Check in was easy and efficient. Pre-check in over the phone was great, staff had many great suggestions for what to do in Newport with a child our age. Appreciated the convenience of Georgie's on site, restaurant has many options for dining across palettes and preferences.

This was a return visit for us as we like the area and the hotel. My only criticism on this trip was our room was not available for check in until 4:30. This derailed our plans for the night as we didn’t have the time needed to prepare for an event and had to change plans. If you going to be hard line about check out time then you absolutely have the rooms ready by check in time…

This place is amazing. The view from every room I've had has been beautiful., The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The entire resort is spotless and the rooms are absolutely beautiful. This is by far my favorite place to stay in Newport!

Perfect weekend getaway to celebrate our Anniversary. The rooms were very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The fireplace was toasty. Beautiful views from our balcony. Very nice pool and hot tub with much appreciated adult hours. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. We will for sure be back.

Excellent customer service! We had a last minute change of plans and they did not charge us for one of the nights we cancelled after the cancellation deadline (thank you!). They also left us a bottle of champagne in the room, as we were celebrating my birthday, as well as my husbands. Really nice touch! We will be coming again.

What we didn't care for but understand was probably a code requirement was the night-lighted plug plate in the bathroom sink area near the front door. It's so bright at night it reflects of mirror back into the rooms and hard to sleep with it. It's always on when the lights our out.

We were very happy with a surprise room upgrade! Thank you very much for this generous and hugely welcome addition to our weekend birthday getaway. I whole heartedly recommend this location. The ocean view was amazing, and the room was fantastic. This is our second stay with hallmark in new port and we will definitely be returning next year. Thanks again for great experience.
