"no coffee maker in room. no place to make tea at night. no music, as advertised. needs some "refreshing" no place to walk on river, as said on line. Staff was very nice! pretty view in restaurant."

"The staff here are so friendly and helpful. The facility is conveniently right off the freeway and has been upgraded. Our room was clean and fresh, and the bed was comfortable. We love this hotel and stay here whenever we pass through the area."

"The hotel was amazing! One night we went to get dinner at the restaurant in the lobby and the server made some rude comments about having to work late because they close at 10pm and people showed up at 9:40pm to get dinner. We ended up leaving and eating elsewhere due to her comments. Other than that the hotel was amazing!"

"This property is a little “tired” & could use some updates, but our stay was fine. We especially appreciated that the mini-refrigerator in our room was inside a cabinet, which cut down on the noise (in other hotels we’ve had to resort to unplugging the fridge ti be able to sleep). Also that during the complimentary breakfast the tv was set to a nice nature scene with pleasant, low volume music, instead of blaring news. The air conditioning in the room worked well, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also very convenient for us. "

"Bathroom floor was leaking fluids through the vinyl cracks. Appliances weren't working, breakfast were serve cold (which is why I tried to heat it up in the microwave but it wasn't working and then I asked the front desk simply to be told "doesn't work."...) Staff would yell down the hall at each other regardless of time of day from 9[m to as early as 4am I will not stay here again and I do not recommend for anyone who wants to relax or have a hot breakfast accommodations. "
