"Oceanfront room is the reason why we chose to stay here, and it didnโt disappoint. The property is in very good condition. Now there is some weather related wear and tear, but the property takes on frontal assault from weather system coming in from the ocean so I wouldnโt ding it. (Eg, some rusty spots on the balcony). Staff is accommodating. Room is spacious and clean. And we love the chowder in the evening. Great gesture."

"The location of the property is great! Conveniently located near shopping, local restaurants and beach access! All staff we encountered were so nice, knowledgeable of the area and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. If you plan on being in the room a lot you may struggle with limited amenities in the rooms, but all the basics were there and letโs be honest the best things on the coast arenโt in the hotel room, they are on the sandy shores and historic bay front. My only negative complaint is no hand soap in the room and a few more hangers would have been helpful. All in all we love staying at the Waves hotel."
