From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt completely welcome. Last Waves is absolutely beautiful and they have everything you need to have a relaxing time. We will absolutely stay here again and make this a priority.

This is a wonderful B and B. There are very attentive and pleasant Owners and staff. The facility, including bedrooms, is very clean and thoughtfully decorated. The breakfast is superb; especially the fruit salad.

This is one B&B we will stay again. We just did not want to leave after our 3 nights. The hosts were amazing and could not have done more for us. A top class B&B with exceptional attention to detail decor, great food and amazing views.

A must stay :)

The loveliest stay in a beautiful location. We stayed for 3 nights at Jayne and Deans b&b and didn’t want to leave. Every aspect of our stay was 5* from communication, cleanliness, friendliness to a beautifully decorated room and amazing breakfast. Location and view was also perfect. We couldn’t recommend staying to others more. Thank you all for making it a lovely weekend away☺️

We loved our stay here. Would recommend a sea view room as the views were beautiful. Location was ideal not far from the centre but the B&B was in a nice quiet spot. The hosts Jayne and Dean were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfasts were perfect with lots of choice and lovely fresh food. Would definitely stay here again. Amazing

We had an amazing getaway at Lazy Waves, thanks to Jayne and Dean exceptional service. From the warm welcome to the breathtaking views and delicious breakfast (and the apples), everything exceeded our expectations. This is by far one of the best B&b we have stay in, there is a well-thought detail in every part of the property and the location is just amazing. We'll definitely be back for another unforgettable stay!

We stayed a week and from the day we arrived to the day we left Jane, Dean and family looked after us really well. Our room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was out of this world. The location is perfect for anyone wishing to go to the beach, shops and dining out. Also, the bus and railway stations are within easy walking distance. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lazy Waves to anyone wishing to stay in Newquay.

Superb personalised service. Beautiful room. Perfect and scenic location. The breakfast was delicious. If we could we would have had dinner at the hotel too. Comfortable bed, we would have like to open the window wider. And preferably have had a summer blanket. (It was a bit warm to sleep well),
