Stayed for one night as a couple. Surprisingly quiet for Newquay (it was a Sunday night) so thankful for that. Room had everything we needed and was clean. Parking onsite was an extra £10 for the night. A short walk to most things but overall a good location.

The staff was friendly and polite. Our double room was small and clean. However, the bed (room 29) was the most uncomfortable we've ever slept in. It was very soft and we could feel the springs sticking into us. We ended trying to sleep on top of the duvet. We would have asked to be moved but had travelled all day to get to Newquay and were exhausted. When reporting this to Reception the next morning we were told that all the mattresses were new!

The staff is exceptional! I have come to this hotel many times in the past 30days and have always been received warmly and professionally. Top marks for the location ( 3 minutes walk from Train Station ). The rooms are very clean and normally have a Smart TV with all the VOD channels.

it was a really nice stay. the room was lovely, marks here and there so needs a bit of reno but apart from that, bed was comfy, the receptionist at the desk was lovely and helpful, even put a cone on my reserved parking :) pleasant stay in the centre ! (shower door wouldn’t close which was frustrating, but that just goes with needs a bit of reno!)

The room was unclean and very dirty. Food on the floor, smears on the kettle, and a stained duvet cover and hair on the sheets. They changed my room and the second room was serviced better, but was still dirty. Upholstery is stained, carpets are stained and not recently vacuumed. But since the sheets and towels were clean I stayed one night. It was the same with the hallway and staircases - heavily stained stained and unvacuumed carpets in the stairwells. Stained surfaces on wallpaper, kettles, etc.
