"The in room coffee maker did not function."

"This was a refreshing throwback to the days of private motel ownership. The staff was very nice and the room, while small was very clean and the shower sea was nicely modernized. Having said this, there are some shortcomings. It took quite some time to register due to what appeared to be a slightly outdated software system, and amenities like decent coffee or any access to snacks just wasn’t there. However, it is a reasonably priced alternative within walking distance to the beach. Good for a short stay."

"Had breakfast at their breakfast spot. The wait staff was very good but the short order cooking staff was way over their heads. Everyone in the restaurant waited much too long for mediocre food. Since it is a open kitchen you could see that orders were confused and sat a while before being delivered"

"The room was generally clean, but the amenities were terrible. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body soap. There were reusable fillable containers that were empty.. We had no toilet paper. I had to ask for toilet paper and extra towels and we just made do with the one bar of soap we were given. The bed was fine. There is a refrigerator. The breakfast was awful. The coffee maker wasn’t working and then by the time they got it working it was basically Sanka/some powdered coffee mix. "
