"Don’t know much about this property because we were just there for a night stay."

"Stayed in a junior suite. It was big but smelled musty and were cigarette burns in the carpet. The staff were awesome, the breakfast was not good food. But the price was cheap so I guess there’s that."

They won’t give us a room with a view, even though we were the only people staying there. We had to keep our curtains closed throughout as it was directly to an open top of the next building. At checkout, we were asked to pay for our room again! On our insistence, they let us go, as I said’ we paid for our room when we booked! Nice hotel, but the insisting that we have not...

"Staff was kind but facilities so old that even light off in the night impossible. Door locking was some time out of order that dangerous. I do not recommend this hotel."

"日本語を話せる女性が一人います。みんなとても親切です。大きなホテルで７０人くらいの結婚式をしていました。清潔です。熱いお湯も出るし、水圧も申し分ないです。ハノイ、空港などへ行くバスをホテルまで呼んでくれます。朝食はビュッフェで、中華、洋食、いろんな種類のものを食べられます。道の向かいにドンキホーテのようなスーパーがあります。駅、国境、祠、歩いて行けます。Thank You!! "

"Hôtel presque neuf. Chambre grande, confortable et calme. Le personnel est très prévenant et nous a aidé suite à un problème avec notre chauffeur. Par contre, le matelas est extrêmement dur et il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner adapté aux européens"
