The rooftop bar offered stunning city views, making it a perfect spot for evening relaxation. Overall, a cozy and memorable stay with excellent service. The rooms were neat and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast options were diverse and delicious, adding to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Even though there was a problem with the dates we booked aligning with their schedule, Catherine Cruises went above and beyond to ensure we were on an equally luxurious cruise ship with another company to suit our schedule. And rather than just handing us over to another company, they proactively managed the whole thing with amazing communications and care levels. This demonstrates an exceptional level of commitment to customer service - even when we're not even on their boat! We hope to revisit them and experience their service on their own boat soon! Defo a big thumbs up to this company.
