"Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht da und konnten daher nicht viel Zeit dort verbringen. Das Abendessen und die Atmosphäre war sehr gut. Der Blick ist auch ein Traum "
"This hotel is outstanding. The food, staff, and room was marvelous. My only wish is that it had a view of the crater but the surrounding view from our room was delightful."
"Family 'room' was excellent.
However, for a December visit a bathroom heater was sorely needed and towel bars for drying towels.
Every resort should have a safety bar in shower for young or old!"

"Um dos melhores hotéis em que já nos hospedamos, foi incrível. Pessoas maravilhosas, fazem tu se sentir a pessoa mais especial do mundo, sempre felizes e prontos para ajudar. Quarto lindo, área comum linda, vista perfeita, piscina linda. A comida é muito boa!"
"It's a cosy place and its convenient to access the lodge, as it just off the main road. They are also very eco aware and do their best to upcycle things.
The staff, in particular Marcus, was fantastic at ensuring that we had everything we needed. The lunchbox we better than average and it was good value for money."
"Perfect location in Central Serengeti. Wildlife comes right up to your tent, but you never feel unsafe. Laundry is free. Great staff and food. Tumaini took excellent care of us. "
"Escarpment Luxury Lodge is a perfect stop-over for a couple of days. The place was peaceful and beautiful and served amazing relaxation and food.
The staff was amazing - especially Elly!

"Remote glamping. Feels like a miracle that this camp in the middle of the Serengeti has hot water, electricity, Internet, and white tablecloth dining. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is not for the faint hearted or light sleeper. There are delightful animal noises at night. Baboons come into the camp at dusk. You need an escort to the dining tent after dark (easily arranged by telephone). I had a buffalo outside my tent one night. I never felt unsafe though.
I would strongly recommend to...
"The room and the food was very nice and the staff was friendly. The pool-area need improvement, and I think the place need cosy sites both out in the garden area and in the restaurant. Places, where we could sit and talk or read. "
"Hotel only opened 2 years ago and has a lot of potential . However , it's still lacking in details.
1) the path to getvto the hotel is rough and hard to navigate , 2) the reservation system is not up to scrap and need modernisation , 3) the built suffered in storm , 4) out driver didn't revive a lunch box where we got one from every other lodge .
The hotel can be great with small adjustment and attention to details "
"Poor entrance road, without signs, but the place was beautifully constructed with old huge wooden beams in the dining area, good food, beautiful grounds, nice pool and helpful friendly staff"

"This was a splurge reservation at the end of our ten days in Tanzania. What a treat that was-especially after struggling with Internet and other “missing” items at other properties. Everything about the Neptune property was first rate from the furnishings to the food to the convenience and the staff.
Yes, the price point was higher than we normally spend but truly if you get what you pay for, the price seems justified. At Neptune we received what we paid for and then some!"
