Our visit was consistent with other reviews, centrally located in the city centre close to restaurants and amenities. A one block walk to the waterfront promenade and the beach. Accommodated with complimentary beach towels and padded chairs. The room was comfortable and roomy. Modern, clean with a comfortable bed. We were sure to get a room with an ocean view for a small daily premium that was well worth while! A tremendous view from the higher floors. Free breakfast buffet had ample choices. Friendly staff in the restaurant and at the reception counter. The front desk arranged inter city ground transportation which worked out perfectly. There was nothing more we could request or require of this hotel. Full marks from this retired couple that stayed three nights.

Liberty Central is conveniently located near the beach and night market, and a walkable distance from Nha Trang Center. The ocean view rooms have a great view of Nha Trang Bay. And in particular, the front desk and housekeeping staff did their best to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible.

Stayed here three year's ago, can not believe how much this hotel has gone down hill. The only saving grace is Mr Elvis who was there last time we stayed there and still is, he is fantastic. When we stayed last time they had the executive club which was on the second highest floor with wonderful views and service for 2 hours of free cocktails and mini buffet, free afternoon tea and breakfast, which is closed now. This is all served now on ground floor and is disappointing to say the least, service is unbelievably bad . Food is terrible music is so loud you can not sit outside and sometimes they wont allow you to sit outside even if no one is sitting there. We were on the 17 floor and could not sleep because the music was so loud till 11-30pm every night on the ground floor asked could they turn down the music at 10-30pm to no avail, totally unacceptable . Since we were there the rooftop bar has been closed for 12 months. I do not recommend this hotel
