Beautiful building and pool area. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Dining was limited within the hotel but plenty of food places in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow what a HORRIBLE experience this was by DAY 2! I don't understand how they can be rated a 4.5 or 5 star hotel? Everything was old and breaking down in there! We had multiple complaints for the hotel: Towels that were so thin they may as well have been handkerchiefs. Robes that make you look like Jesus. The incompetent staff who brought surprise birthday balloons in late to my surprise birthday in the room. The bipolar shower who was hot and cold every 7-8 seconds. My wife told me about the ancient gym ruins which I dismissed going to after her experience. (amenities not room) And lastly the shower slip which I tipped over my boiling point when my daughter got hurt slipping. The hotel was supposed to fix the shower door and drain the night before and left it without coming back to fix it even by the next day. She ended up slipping and cut her hand. Shes only 4 years old and now scared to step into any shower over fear of slipping and hurting herself. That was it for me. I blew up, called it quits on this hotel and had it cancelled. Thankfully we were only there for 2 full days instead of the 15 days we had planned. The management was rude, except for the lady (I don't know her name) who checked us out who was quite sweet. She would be the only positive coming from this hotel stay. Never again, lesson learned. If only more reviews were there to see the red flags. I hope more people see this one. Maybe then the hotel owners will do something about it.

Sunrise Hotel NHA Trang
Stayed 8 nights @ Sunrise second time since our 2018 visit. This time things were not as good as first stay: buffet breakfast had none of the delicious Vietnamese salads we raved about - the spread was western and has not changed during our stay. The beach was not cleaned and beach umbrella, towels and sunbeds were provided well after 7am while other hotels manned their beach areas earlier given sun rises before 6am. Not coming back

Best in Nha Trang
Ive been to Nha Trang several times and this qas by far the best experience. View was amazing for the sunrise. The breakfast was first class with lots of choice both western and Asian. Lovely pool and other decent facilities. The room was comfortable and spacious. I thunk the hotel's biggest asset is its staff. Everyone of them went out of their way to help and were just really pleasant to be around. Front desk/porters/cleaning/pool & beach staff all had smiles on their faces and wanted to assist. They even had a guard to help you cross the road to the beach. Can't fault the place and the cost was reasonable too.
