"This place was advertised as a house for rent. What it was, was a run down apartment building that was vacant. Upon arrival, I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to be in a particular one of the units or not. It was very disconcerting not knowing if I would be walking into someone’s living space. There were two queens, no king. The area was a bit scary, not the best location, but the privacy fence in back helped. Only parking was on street."

"The location of this property is in a very unsafe area. Perhaps the least safe in Niagara Falls, NY according to the the local police department. We were advised to leave ASAP and we did leave early by two days and moved to a nearby Sheraton. Luckily, There were a city occupancy tax posted on the fridge that explained my concerned. As far as the house and landlord, all perfect."
