Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We serve the best free breakfast in our class and surpass many upscale hotels. An average breakfast these days as defined by Wyndham’s breakfast requirements, which you can find online, is juice along with the hotel’s choice of either a 2 oz. baked good and 4 oz. yogurt or a 1 oz. granola bar, 4 oz. fruit cup, and a prepackaged breakfast sandwich. That’s it. Our free breakfast far exceeds Wyndham’s requirements. Then, we extend that even more by adding 100%, plain scrambled eggs, buttermilk pancakes, and link sausage to the menu. So, as you can see, an average breakfast in a Wyndham hotel is much less than what you enjoyed with our delicious warm continental breakfast. According to management, the hotel industry is moving to either not serving breakfast or providing breakfast for an additional charge. Thanks for staying with us!

So sorry for the inconvenience. You were charged the day you arrived, not a week later. Your credit card was refunded on the 27th of last month after your travel agency finally gave us the money you gave them. You are financially responsible for your stay if your travel agency doesn't pay. Please refer to your contract with them.

All of the beds in this hotel are queen size (60" wide x 80" long). We invite you to come measure them. We do not have any full size aka double (54" wide x 75" long") beds. When you book a "wheelchair room" you get a "wheelchair room". Please look at your booking. You will see you booked a handicap accessible room specifically designed for people with physical handicaps. Sorry you couldn't understand "Room, 2 Queen Beds, Accessible, Non Smoking (Roll-In Shower)" meant a "wheelchair room" and that you, a young, absolutely fine family, didn't need a handicap accessible room. Roll In showers are designed for people confined to a wheelchair. We gave you exactly what you reserved and what we committed to give you. It was your mistake, madam, not ours. We find your gross exaggerations unbecoming of a "fine family".

Thank you for sharing your experience. I understand how you might feel that way, but perhaps you should have had the money to pay for your entire stay. You made a reservation for 6 nights but could only pay for the first night, with much difficulty. We extended courtesies to you which we shouldn't have.
