Check is at a late 4pm. Arrived at 4, told jacuzzi suite has no water and offered upgrade to balcony room (Buffalo in February next to the Thruway) no thanks. Then turns out it just had not been cleaned yet, can you wait 15 min ok sure. An hour later I have to insist is my room ready? Rooms ok and ...
