This was a beautiful property with a wonderful view of the marina. It was very clean and pretty! The wine/cheese and cookie offerings during the day/evening plus breakfast included is a nice touch. We highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

We had a beautiful view of the marina next to the hotel. After a rainstorm, there was a beautiful rainbow that we could see from our room. Leah greeted us & showed us the dining area for breakfast; later, she served homemade cookies - we could smell the delicious aromas wafting up to our room. A very nice getaway!

Great find! We rode our bikes here from New London Amtrak station (10 coastal miles) and were able to walk/bike around Niantic as the inn is very centrally located. Very clean and quiet. Well appointed. And the VIEWS!! Wow. Room 2 for the win! We will be back.

I actually rented this room for location. And the room amenities that included a gas room fireplace. Apparently the fireplaces in the building are having a functional issue that makes it inoperative. None of that was shared until we were shown the room. An offer of a spot was the gesture for the inconvenience.

What a little gem! Perfect location , friendly staff, clean is an understatement. It’s decorated beautifully, they have wonderful complimentary afternoon snacks and a delicious homemade breakfast. We will be back !

The location, breakfast and service were excellent. The staff was friendly. The only negative was that we were not told that the fireplace was not working in our room. When I inquired, the person said that unfortunately the fireplace was not in working order. If this was known why weren't we told and offered a room with a working fireplace before we unloaded and settled in since we were the only people there for the first night.

It was our first time staying here and it was very pleasant and relaxing. Great little shopping area located close by the inn which includes gift shops, a bakery and restaurants. I enjoyed the little in between refreshments and snacks they provided at certain times of the day. The breakfast that we had was very good too!! I would definitely return again.

Fabulous little guest house, wonderful welcome from the staff. Beautiful room, super comfy beds. The little touches like cheese and wine in the afternoon and hot cookies in the evening as well as a complimentary soft drink fridge really make this place special.

The get away.
The place is well kept and clean, stayed for a get away weekend unfortually the weather didnt coropoerat. But we did get the use out of the beautiful room with the fireplace.

Our stay was amazing - the perfect weekend getaway. It was so relaxing and the area was beauty. The room was perfect. We stayed in room 14 (Barque Eagle). The large soaker tub was amazing. The fireplace was a nice touch, too. And the view was beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. We will definitely be returning.

The Inn at Harbor Hill during October was perfect. The view and tranquility at Harbor Hill was well overdue in the busy city life we live in. The breakfast was very good as well. Over all we loved our stay wished we had stayed there longer will definitely be back.

Anniversary Trip
Our stay while short, was amazing. The view of the harbor was great, the inn keeper showed us around and walked us to our room. The whole place was clean and well kept, breakfast was on point and the two gals that served and cooked our breakfast pointed us to a great place to find some great souvenirs. Would definitely stay again in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about the Inn. Not only is the property beautiful, but each and every staff person we encountered was extraordinarily helpful and kind! And they seemed happy to be at work — which is a credit to ownership for creating a good work environment!! And every detail — from the rooms to the breakfasts to the cheese and wine hour to the cookies to the yoga mats — is guest focused. Truly, it’s many notches above a bed and breakfast! I will gladly share with review sites, travelers, friends and family this magical place.

Just checked into the inn today for a quick getaway for my husband’s and my wedding anniversary. We haven’t even slept yet but already feel confident in leaving a great review. Such friendly staff (Patty was very kind and thoroughly showed us around and gave us helpful info), beautiful scenic area, the soaking tub is lovely and the fire place is so nice to have in the room now that the evenings are getting cooler. Looking forward to breakfast outside looking out at marina. The one minor critique is the TV is pretty outdated, but we didn’t come here to watch TV so no big deal :) Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Getaway to Unwind
The stay was so nice and relaxing. My wife and I stayed here immediately after getting married and it was the best choice to make. It was the perfect place for us to relax and getaway from the busyness near our hometown. The team was so kind to us and it almost felt like staying in a home away from home. Also, the little things that they do is what makes it so great. For example, the fresh batch of cookies each night at 7:00pm, the complementary fresh breakfast each morning (with the option to have it delivered to the room), the landscaping, the bathroom products and overall positive attitude of each of the team members made it a place we hold dear in our memories and would definitely recommend to those considering and would definitely return ourselves!

I would give this property 6 stars if I could. Gorgeous property w gardens, plenty of outdoor seating to view river, room with panoramic views & deck, pontoon boat cruise complimentary & wonderful breakfast. Walkable to numerous shops & dining options and the boardwalk. Perfect stay in every way.
