"Stayed here for a few hours just to sleep and eat. The staff is very professional and friendly. The room I got (King) was huge and comfortable. Everything was clean. The only thing I will say is that I saw a ton of large families here. I guess it gets really chaotic here during times where people leave/come back from their cruises. But when we were inside our rooms, we put down the black out shades and slept soundly, there was not much noise from other guests. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be close to the airport. "

"This hotel is a scam. Expedia should alert traveleres that this hotel closes their office for check ins at midnight and do it BEFORE we are forced to pay in advance. "Room was musty, charging station on desk didn't work, handle fell off the bathtub when taking a shower. The bar was great. Bartender was topnotch we had a good time . Checking in was a ordeal, long lines, they need more help. "

"The airport shuttle was easy to use. Just check in with the desk staff to reserve your seat. Only 10 people can fit on the shuttle and it leaves once an hour. The hotel staff were friendly and made the stay bearable. The room smelled of mildew, and they had a scent diffuser going in the halls to hide the smell. The linens were very clean and you can tell that the housekeeping staff are doing there best with what they have. The room had rust throughout and the matress has seen better days and shouldve been replaced many times over. One of the elevators was down while we were there and you can tell that they need to be upgraded. Very old, slow and worn. The staff are the only reason we stayed after smelling how bad the room smelled of mildew. They were so nice. "
