2泊しました。新潟駅から近く、徒歩圏内に美味しい食事処がありました。スタッフの方々は丁寧で快適、また清掃スタッフの女性の方が隅々までお掃除してくださり、ゆっくり過ごすことができました 今回ネットで申し込みしましたが、電話やホームページでの申し込みだと、朝食付きだと知りました。事前にわかれば良かったと思います

Very good hotel and the staff were very helpful. Only thing that held back a 5 star was the hard as a rock bed. Room was great and the location was ideal. Short walk to transport, food and shopping. If you love seafood you will love Niigata and the eateries around this hotel.
