"Clean room, hotel out dated, breakfast was terrible no variety, staff seemed ok "

"The staff at checkin were extremely helpful and courteous. The room was clean and prepared. My wife’s key had to be reset 3 times. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Saturday morning, only one overworked young lady was available for a full dining room. The shuttle set up for the weekend was extremely helpful and appreciated. Parking was plentiful and access to local shops very easy. This was our second visit and we will return."

"Pillows on the bed were paper thin and clumpy. One of the lamps didn’t work, the remote for the tv didn’t work, the bed made noise every time you moved. Too much riff-raff there - for the clientele that are there you may as well get a room at a Motel 6. Never again."

The drinks were expertly made, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and had the perfect balance of energy and comfort. "This place did not look anything like the pictures. It was dirty and unkept. Linens were stained. Carpet was filthy. Walls peeling. There were spills in the hallway left sitting with towels on top. I mean... Terrible experience. "

"The first room I was put in had ants crawling in the furniture and carpets covered in dried food. The second room was a bit better, but not great. The elevator was VERY slow or didn’t work so when I had to leave a day early due to an emergency, I had to drag my suitcase down the stairs 3 floors because the elevator never showed after 10 minutes of waiting. I reached the front desk only to be told, “You will be charged extra for leaving early!” I wasn’t asked how my stay was or ever offered a receipt. This was my worst hotel experience ever. "
