"The front desk attendant was kind and accommodating. The property is well maintained and the room was updated. We had a 1 bedroom and the air conditioning did not extend into the living room space so our kids slept in a warm/humid space on the pullout. Not ideal. The main bed was quite firm. The pool was well kept but very cold and the hot tub was bath water warm at best. There was a place for towels and a towel return in the pool area, but no towels were ever present so we walked wet to the room each time. They did provide an actual crib when requested and not just a knock off pack n play like most places! The baby slept pretty well!"

"The service was absolutely immaculate from start to finish. Every staff member was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the visit. The drinks were expertly made, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and had the perfect balance of energy and comfort. Whether you’re going out for a relaxing evening or celebrating with friends, this place delivers an outstanding experience all around. Highly recommended!"

"Everything was excellent! The breakfast buffet was delicious. The king bed room was perfect! And the staff was amazing and super friendly. 10/10 stay, and definitely saving this location for a future visit!"

"The first room I was put in had ants crawling in the furniture and carpets covered in dried food. The second room was a bit better, but not great. The elevator was VERY slow or didn’t work so when I had to leave a day early due to an emergency, I had to drag my suitcase down the stairs 3 floors because the elevator never showed after 10 minutes of waiting. I reached the front desk only to be told, “You will be charged extra for leaving early!” I wasn’t asked how my stay was or ever offered a receipt. This was my worst hotel experience ever. "

"We stayed there for 2 days just to sleep it felt very clean and nice. They don’t pick you up from airport! It’s about 35 mins from downtowns Chicago. In a quit place the parking fee is 5 dollars a night which is a good price"
