Staff was friendly. We really really appreciated the free shuttle pick up and drop off from train station. That saved us big time since not much taxis in this area and the time we arrived. Hotel overall needs a renovation. A bit old and outdated. Room was ok.

This property has seen better days. My single room was like a prison cell, just 1.5 meters wide. There was no view. The food was of very low quality but beer and sake were all you can drink for 70 minutes. There are no room amenities. You have to pick them up in the lobby, even the yukata. The outdoor and regular baths are on different floors which is very strange. The clientele is mostly retirees and they seemed happy enough.

連休を利用して宿泊した。 お安く泊まれて温泉に入れた点が良かった。 お部屋はきれいに掃除されていたが、 トイレで水漏れがあり窓は鳥のフンで汚れていた。 極力人を少なくし安価でサービスを受けさせてもらってる感があった。ビジネスホテルに宿泊することを思えば夕朝食付きで温泉に入れるのだから仕方ないかもしれない。

年末年始ともあって2基しかないエレベーターはまず乗れない。。 大浴場にも刺青が入った宿泊客がいるなど、雰囲気は悪い。 食事はうまくないがバイキングとしては最低レベルはある。アルコールは当然悪い酒を使ってるので頭が痛くなる。 いいところは割と静かなことと、部屋は綺麗。

リーズナブルな料金で宿泊が出来、 料金なりのサービス、料理内容で 不満の無い宿泊をさせて頂きました。 柳館7階に宿泊したのですが残念に感じた事は エレベーターから降りた瞬間から カビ臭を感じた事でした。アロマや芳香剤を 設置されたほうが館内を快適に過ごせると思います。

部屋は長い間使われていなかったのか、ほこりがたくさんありました。カーテンや壁紙などいたるところに染みがあり、非常に残念でした。 さすがに汚かった為、部屋をチェンジしてもらいました。その際の対応に関しては、とても良かったです。 あとチェックインの際、駐車場で対応してくれた人の物言いが客に対するものではなかったのが、非常に残念でした。 このホテルに関しては、もう少し従業員の教育を徹底したほうがよいと思います。 値段の安さと食事に関しては、最高でした。

布団にダニがいて泊まった日から身体のあちこちが赤く噛まれた後が残って痒くて仕方なかった。 素泊まりの安いプランだったからと言ってもひどいと思った。 部屋も窓の外は一面の壁で真っ暗で夜になると怖かった。 窓の外の景観が全く見えないこと、安いプランの部屋の布団は不衛生だと明記しておいてほしい。 今でもかゆいです。 お風呂は良かっただけに残念。

鬼怒川温泉にない魅力

4月中旬の宿泊でしたが、夜冷えるなと思ってふと外を見てみたらまさかの雪で、朝方水墨画のような世界での露天風呂は絶景でした。 雪が落ち着いて朝方からハイキングコースで鬼怒川温泉方面に歩きましたが、雪深いのは川治温泉付近だけだった模様です。 電車だと15分少々の距離ですが、山間部ゆえの気候差が生み出してくれた感動です。
