ホテルの施設自体は素晴らしかったです。是非また宿泊したいと思います。ただ、一流ホテルにしてはスタッフの教育が行き届いてない気がしました。会計時には、既に前払いしているホテル代を再度請求されたり、領収書をお出ししますねと言っているにも関わらずいただいた中身を見ると入っていなかったり。シティホテルでもしないようなミスが他にも見受けられたのが残念でした。

設備、夕食の懐石エクスペリエンス、朝食、温泉どれも素晴らしかった。ただ、バレーパーキングに不満がある。多くのホテル、旅館では駐車料金は無料なのに理解できない。高い宿泊料金を支払っているのに。
