"A great hotel to stay at 5 min from Odawara station. Breakfas was excellent. They even allow you to takebit to your room. Provides toothbrush toothpaste and night gown. They even keep your luggage after checkout until evening."

"If you're looking for an inclusive and peaceful onsen, then this is for you! I was traveling through Hakone that allowing both tattoos and mixed genders. When we posted for advice on different travel sites, most people said "you're looking for a unicorn that might not exist, good luck". So when I stumbled across a last minute deal for this ryokan, I wasn't expecting much, even though the reviews and pictures were good. But boy, was I surprised! From the moment we arrived we were blasted by a wave of zen and ease. Our check-in was smooth and the place was very clean and beautiful. We were welcomed with kindness and patience, all of our questions were answered in great English, and we were even upgraded to a free third onsen session (2 evening sessions and 1 morning session). We also decided to get their breakfast add-on and it was worth it. There aren't many restaurants nearby within walking distance and after a long travel day we didn't feel like going anywhere before checking out. Overall, our experience was fantastic! If you're looking for an inclusive private onsen that you can enjoy with your family or significant other, this is it! We can't stop gushing to each other about how perfect our experience was."

"Hospitality perfection in a peaceful natural setting. We traveled as a family of four with two small children ages 4 and 7. Our older daughter turned 8 and celebrated her birthday. They made her a special cake! The service was truly exceptional and the food exquisite!"

"Gorgeous and spacious room. Very inviting onsen area, even in the pouring rain. Nice touch that outfits are provided to walk to the onsen, and it was a long distance from my room. Expensive but delicious meal at the French restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful but they need more than one coffee machine; there was always a line of people waiting. The hotel has beautiful grounds and landscaping, with great views of the lake, which I saw only through windows, sadly, as it never stopped raining during my whole visit. :-("
