"From the moment we arrived Morgan was there to help us, explained where to park, helped with our bags and showed us around when we arrived. The attention to detail in the decor was second to none. "The room was nice. Had everything we needed. Language barrier aside, the staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Our passports were held overnight which was disconcerting, but normal I hear. My only complaint is the motion sensor light in the stairwell shut off mid staircase leaving us to use our cell phone lights to get up to our room."

Another guest had a cold, I assume, and we listened to him blow his nose (or honk it) vigorously for hours. Same with toilet flushing, teeth brushing and shaving. We could hear it all. "Location if you require bus/train was excellent. As well free parking if you own a vehicle. The room was large & pretty clean;however, no shampoo only soup from a dispenser that didn’t work. Lots of noise at night from either the bus or train people. The smell of marijuana was not what I wanted to wake up to. Breakfast was adequate, cappuccino was as very good. "

"This property you never see a host - they message you, it gives it a strange sterile feel and you wonder who the other people staying are. As a single man I found it a bit odd and I could imagine as a woman I would have felt unsafe. The area is the middle of nowhere - no appeal except not being far from other places of interest. Breakfast was very weak - just some processed foods in plastic packaging. Overall rather depressing and uninspiring."
