"This place is a HIDEN GEM!!
Although beware, the address provided in hotels.com is not the correct one. You must write on the GPS “Agriturismo Donna Teresa.” That is the correct address 🌟"

"If only all places were like this. The couple that run this place go above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Set in the old town, the room is as authentic as it gets yet still very comfortable. Th location is impossible to beat, every thing is within a short walk.
The breakfast was simply amazing. Fresh local produced delivered at a time to suit. The variety and portions were incredible - no need for lunch!
Parking is a 10 min walk away and no worries about finding the place as they met us...

"We really enjoyed our experience here in the "Hobbit House" While small it was generally well appointed, except for the self-catering being restrictive. The service was super friendly, the breakfast was good the hosts generous with their offerings and range of food. Good access to Alberobello and Matera for day visits."

"Fabulous pools and beach, superb breakfasts, lovely room and a good location for touring. The fact that the hotel also hosts corporate events didn’t bother us at all.
Front of house staff were amazingly helpful. Restaurant staff varied a lot. Some were attentive without being intrusive but on a couple of occasions we felt a bit ‘invisible’. We appreciate that it is a difficult balance.
Compared to restaurants in local towns, the evening hotel menu was uninspiring rather expensive - our only niggle. We were glad that we had just booked B&B and hired a car."
"This is a beautiful old villa set in acres of olive trees. One couldn't ask for a more tranquil setting. The hotel is brand new and is showing signs of some work to be done. The roads are pretty rough and could use some better maintenance. This is important expecially at night when driving in and out can be a bit sketchy. We stayed in the Trulla house which is a charming traditional house away a bit from the main property. Watch your head on the low stone doorways! Overall, in a year or so, once they work out the kinks this will be a wonderful property. The surrounding area is lovely as well and there are two one-star Michelin restaurants a few kilometers in either direction."
"Not a 4-star hotel, more like an apartment amongst other residential flats.
Old, mouldy and terrible venue.
Difficult to get to when you park the car and no one to help with bags, so you have to be prepared to climb stairs.
Noisy neighbourhood, boiler makes clicking sounds and the aircon goes off and on the whole time. Forget about getting any rest here."
"This property is beautiful. The staff are outstanding. Dominico and Luna were wonderful at the front desk. They helped with restaurant reservations and suggestions for day trips."
