"The nicest & most attentive group of people. Though the hotel is not the most modernest of establishments the staff more than make up for this. “Smiles” in the land of smiles. Can’t fault the food. Breakfast was so filling. Although our stay was only short & in the wet season. The National Park gate staff at the waterfall need to learn from the hotel staff on how to smile.. "Unfortunately, it wasn't as pleasant as I would have wanted it to be, the A/C in my room stopped working properly at midnight. A few ants were on my bed and bit me while I was asleep. I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "

"We had an unfortunate start to our trip where, due to an error between TV and Expedia systems, are bookings were gone, even though we had paid months in advance. The situation was saved by the fast work of Vanit, the manager, who very quickly resolved the matter and provided a welcome upgrade. He also made sure he was around during the stay to ensure we were happy and enjoying ourselves. What could have been a disaster ended up being a wonderful stay! It’s a beautiful resort and a fantastic location!"
