It was nice place to stay with all natural vibe. TV signal should be improved. Pizza room service were nice. It was so good with family or hanging out with friends.

Disappointing service
Hotel is packed with locals over the weekend, you may not find a proper parking space. Check in staff were not very welcoming and hospitable. Excellent breakfast spread. Beautiful views. However, upon checking in, we realised the in-room slippers were dirty and showed signs of being already worn, and definitely not wrapped in plastic. There were no toothbrushes nor toothpaste either. Called the concierge to ask, was promised to be brought the items. Waited a couple of hours, the items didn't come. I called a 2nd time, they said will bring. Until we checked out after 3 nights, nothing was delivered.

Some mixed feelings about this place...
Atta is part of a complex of 3 resorts. The grounds are well landscaped, with great views over a lake to the mountains of Khao Yai, resort design is attractive and well laid out. Our 1-bedroom suite was on the fourth floor of Block 7, and was very nice indeed -- well equipped, comfortable, great bathroom, and big balcony with a terrific view. Breakfast was a massive (and excellent) buffet (but incredibly crowded with local tourists -- the hotel was packed!). Staff were polite and welcoming. All good. What put me off a bit was the lack of info about the whole resort. Nothing in our room with details of the restaurants, the spa, or a map of the whole complex to guide you around, or info about the area and what to visit etc.. The couple of times I checked in reception, the information/concierge desks had no-one there and the check-in staff were busy. The Japanese restaurant was fully booked when I asked via customer service for a table, the Thai restaurant was okay but overpriced for what it was, and the room service menu wasn't great. It's a very big complex, and I just regretted the lack of info. I got a map in the end -- but a rather pathetic photocopy of a photocopy that only covered the Atta part of the resort area. I'd probably stay here again (we were here for 3 nights in total), but would really appreciate more easily accessible info about the whole setup.
