"Property is rundown. Rooms were clean. We had an issue with an upgrade from a double room to a two bedroom suite. Management staff didn’t try to help while IHG made a mistake. Cost us 300$ more than what was advertised, manager didn’t help. Overall very disappointing, we could have stayed across the street, on the sunny side. This is what we’ll do next time. Shame on you for trying to make me believe you have no control over the rates. This is bullcrap. Breakfast was good."

"Beautiful hotel, right in downtown Mont Tremblant. Staff is wonderful, and attentive. Rooms are spacious, clean, and have a large fireplace. You do not even feel like you are in a hotel, you feel like you are in a cottage in the woods."

"I stayed there for three nights. I checked in on the evening of April 3rd, and before going to bed, I noticed there were no blackout curtains. On April 4th, I called the front desk in the morning and again during the day, but no one came to check on the issue and I received no response. I felt it would be too much trouble to change rooms, so I put up with the lack of blackout curtains for all three nights. The overall experience was very poor, and the service was extremely disappointing."

"Encounters with staff were efficient and enjoyable. The location is perfect for access to the gondola and the pedestrian village. The dishwasher in the room was as in horrible condition, several functions were inoperable and it was incredibly noisy. We had a ground floor room and it had an ant problem even though it was winter. The hotel no longer provides a roll of paper towels and there was no can opener. Given that it is a full kitchen unit, more baking and serving dishes, like bowls and platters, are required. We had to bring too many things from home. "
