"The staff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Room cleaning was not great. The shelves and drawers in the room were filthy with dust and dead bugs. I moved the small sofa out only to discover that beneath it was a collection of dirt, bugs and hair. The bathroom has a bathtub, but their water heater doesn't produce enough hot water to fill it. "Very good value for money, and I will certainly stay at this hotel again. If I were to make one suggestion for improvement, it would be the breakfast, which could offer a wider selection. I would also recommend providing an information leaflet in the rooms about Bistro Muan, including details of its menu and opening hours.Then you will have an higher guest rate at Muan for shure. The swimming pool was excellent, and the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience. 04.07.26 RK" Norway"
