"A pretty basic Japanese style hotel. Service is great. Security is also great as the only way to get upstairs to your room is through the reception. It's as good as it can get for a 3 stars hotel. I would have preferred to have been told before we arrived. Due to this, we did not stay and found alternative accommodation with a pool. Please fix it, K.S.
