"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. "The property is very nice and in a great location! Check in was a nightmare!! Extremely slow and do not even think you would be able to check in early!! Our room was not ready so she said she would text us to let us know when the room was ready! Never received any type of notice! We were sitting in the lobby and noticed other people checking in and going to their rooms. We asked again if our room was ready. It was now well after check in time! With no apologies she handed us the key card. So nice property, no customer service or helpful staff! Would suggest to find another great location with a little customer service!"
