Everything was amazing!! The workers were so sweet and helpful and truly made our stay. The room was extremely quiet for such a busy area. Check in and check out was easy and the room comes with free espresso! We loved everything about our stay and would definitely recommend.

My overall experience can be characterized as satisfactory; however, several factors contributed to my impression. Despite paying over two thousand dollars for gold poolside access, my accommodation did not include essential amenities such as a refrigerator, a dresser or a microwave. While the bed was quite comfortable, it was excessively low to the floor and fell short of providing basic necessities.
I was informed that breakfast would be included in my stay; however, this was not the case, and I had to purchase my own breakfast on-site. Furthermore, I found the access to the rooftop lounge to be unsatisfactory. As a guest of the hotel, it is reasonable to expect easy access to the rooftop area without any additional barriers. It is unacceptable to require guests, who are already registered at the hotel, to stand outside in order to receive a stamp for re-entry to a space within the hotel where they are currently staying.
In summary, while my experience was manageable, it did not justify the expense incurred, although I did derive some enjoyment during my stay.

"Very nice hotel. Comfortable and clean. We arrived at about 945 pm only to be told that the reception staff had all gone home. Had to sit in the lobby for 40 minutes until somebody turned up to check us in. Staff were friendly and polite, when they arrived."

"Der Zutritt zur Wohnung erfolgte einfach und problemlos per Schlüsseltresor. Wohnung als solches war größer als gedacht und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider wurde (trotz Nichtraucherschild) eindeutig in der Wohnung geraucht. Außerdem kam uns als erstes direkt die Klinke der Eingangstüre ..."
