"The heat didn’t work in the room. Front desk clerk was never at the desk. Called all day. The parking is way down the street, so when we left at midnight due to the heat not working we had to walk down the street. "

"They need better coordination on room cleaning. The bathroom was tiny and needs a refresh. The faucets in the bathroom were loose and worn."

"Staff were great. Room was very clean. Room furniture older but tidy. No iron in the room. Stayed in March, hotel is gong through needed renovations so amenities were somewhat limited. Hotel informed us of this before when we booked so it was not a surprise . Overall, this hotel was good for a 2 night last minute stay."

"Staff very friendly and overall very clean. The shower pressure and temperature was an issue - no pressure and it got lukewarm at best. Taking a shower felt like the moment you step out of the shower and its cold."

"We had one overnight and Country Inn & Suites was perfect. Check-in was fast & easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hallways were clean, the elevator worked well, the room was clean. The ocean front view was perfect. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower worked very well, and there were plenty of towels. We will be happy to stay here the next time we’re in Virginia Beach. "
