This is one of several KOKO HOTELs across Tokyo. We found it to be well-located--near transportation, restaurants and shopping. The hotel was very clean and the reception desk very helpful and staffed by English speakers. Toiletries, beverage packets, etc. were readily available in the lobby. While the pricing is excellent compared to most other Tokyo hotels, be aware the rooms are very small. My wife found it easier to crawl across the bed rather than attempting to walk around it (due to lack of space). The bath, however, was decent-sized and fine. One warning: the hot water is scalding hot--be sure to always combine it with cold water.

The property is really nice and has nice amenities. The staff were nice and accommodating. I like that the hotel is connected to the train station , it was super convenient. I will visit again.
