"Huge house for family to share, wish we can stay even longer to well use the house and enjoy the Aso National park more! Great facilities like kitchen, washing machine and jacuzzi bath tub."

"The hotel service and condition is good"

"If you are travelling to Yufuin, Hotel MODA is a must stay. This hotel is immaculate, with attentive staff. I definitely recommend adding the dinner at the hotel to your stay, it was one of the best meals that we had in Japan and the outdoor private Onsen was amazing!"

"Excellent, well-appointed onsen. Not fancy “western spa” but a great opportunity to experience a rural onsen in a small mountain town. Very helpful staff. Beautiful rooms. Couldn’t be better."

"Staff in property were very friendly and helpful. The property also has a private Onsen and has a very nice view of Mount Yufu."

"We stayed in a room with a private indoor and outdoor bath. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing experience. Check in and check out were a breeze and all of the staff were wonderfully welcoming. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and the short walk into town allowed us to explore all of the charming shops and restaurants that Yufuin had to offer."

"I had a wonderful stay at Yufuin Sansuikan and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yufuin. The location is very convenient—just about a 5 to 10 minute walk from the station, making it easy to get around even with luggage. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings, which made it a great place to unwind. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would...

"Top quality accommodation. Super clean , very spacious. Plenty of parking. Onsen is spectacular "

"good for family gathering"

"Room was huge as with Ryokan style accommodation and generally clean, What great is the reservation system for onsen so you can have a private slot for yourself/family instead of the usually gender sharing arrangement. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to Yunotsubo Kaido and 5 minutes to the train station and Aeon supermart. Unlike some osen town eg. Hakone, there is plenty of food option at night."

"Nice and helpful staff, near lake and shopping, quiet "

"古民家でリフォームされてて　素敵な家でした　脱衣場のライトの傘にホコリが積もってて残念でした　お皿など洗った時拭く物がなく困りました　キッチンペーパーがあったら良かったです　ベットの寝心地は良く　ゆっくり過ごせました"

"self online check in was very simple and efficient. the house was spectacularly clean and in a very quiet area; perfect for a weekend getaway however, the hotspring was not available and the sauna was only until 22:00 there was no curtains so the rooms were all bright when the sun started rising. kitchen was fully equipped. we were a family of 6; 4 adults and 2kids. but none of the equipments were for 6ppl; we found 5 pairs of slippers and 5 toothbrush only.
