"What a lovely place, we hired a beautiful Bell tent for 2 nights. It was set up with all the essentials on our arrival. The plot had plenty of space around to set up bbq room and room for kids to play. The site, washrooms and kitchen were like new, very well maintained regularly cleaned. I have a pet allergy so the no pets policy was a great bonus here for me too. We had a great time and will book again. Thank you. "

"Stayed here for my sons birthday to go to flamingo land. Property was very clean and well equipped, a home from home. Location was phenomenal, 10 mins from flamingo land and pickering Castle at 5 mins away. Some shops and take aways a small walk. Parking a bit hit and miss but managed to park both nights. Lovely decor and beds were comfortable. Couldn't recommend enough. Welcome basket was a very nice touch 10 out of 10"
