"We had a very nice stay, clean, comfortable, shower hit and clean. Bed very comfortable, quiet surroundings. Staff communicated through phone when we had to postpone and change first day of stay, Donna was very accommodating changing our arrival day also resending our code details, very efficient and replying by return. Would definitely recommend little hide. "

"Lovely hotel, situated in a lovely village with views of Whitby abbey from our window, recently renovated. Bedroom was nice and clean as was bathroom, 2 pillows were provided one hardish the other soft but flatter, could have done with something in between. Evening meal and breakfast were good, well cooked and hot.
Was in a lovely quiet area so very quiet on a night. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Could do with a shower holder in the shower so not bobbing up and down to get things off the shower floor, but that's a minor thing. Had a lovely folk band on in the new extension area.
Would definitely recommend and definitely stay here again.

"Disappointing that there was no air conditioning. There was just a plug in noisy fan which made sleeping difficult in the heat. Other than that everything was great."
"We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Feversham Arms. This is one of the most welcoming hotels. Staff are friendly and always great you with a smile and meet your needs on every request. The spa is wonderful, we used the facilities each day of our stay. The hotel is perfectly situated in Helmsley. It is opposite the Cleveland way, we walked to Rievaulx Abbey and back with was a lovely walk. Our Anniversary dinner was excellent, the flavours popped in your mouth and the whole culinary experience was unforgettable. A little jewel of a find, one we would certainly revisit. "
