"Perfect location as we love this area of York. No parking but we used ‘yourpark’ which had a car park directly opposite the hotel which was great! Super comfy bed. Breakfast lush. Will continue to stay here whenever visiting York."

"Quite decent overall but Air conditioning was loud and distracting for our rest and we talked to staff and was told there wasn’t much they can do and that it was normal. "

"Pros- Good pool. Great breakfast with wide variety. Lovely restaurant staff. Lovely maintenance staff. Good location a little away from the centre. Some nice restaurants nearby. Plenty of space for paid parking. Comfy beds. Accomodates kids well. Cons- Sewage smell from basin. Reception staff seem a little more overwhelmed than other staff. Signs of wear all over the room - carpets, broken lamp, superficial damage/scratches to bathtub. "
